What should I expect for waiting times?
Our urgent care operates on a walk-in basis, with patients typically seen in order of arrival. However, severe or life-threatening conditions may be prioritized. We advise checking wait times before your visit and allowing at least an hour for your appointment. If wait times are lengthy, you have the option to check in and wait at home.What if I need a prescription refill?
In line with standard urgent care practices, we generally require patients to follow up with their primary care provider or schedule a return visit for medication refills.Do I need to make appointment?
We welcome walk-in patients. However, if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment online through our website.What if my condition is not improving?
Our initial evaluation and treatment are based on symptoms presented during your visit. While most patients find relief following the prescribed treatment, if you don't experience sufficient improvement, there may be other health concerns to address. In such cases, please contact our clinic for further guidance. Be aware that additional follow-up evaluations and treatments will incur additional charges, as is standard with other medical providers.What if I need a prescription during my visit?
